Order Shipping and Pick Up

MommyPow Group Buy Orders generally arrive at our warehouse within 3-8 business days from the time a Group Buy closes, unless otherwise specified on the product page. These arrive as a bulk shipment, which our team then prepares for shipping or pick up. Overstock items are in stock at our warehouse and are ready for next-day shipping or pick up.

When items on your order arrive at our warehouse, you will be notified by email, along with tracking information or pick up instructions. You can see up-to-date Group Buy Arrivals here.

ORDER SHIPPING:

We offer low-cost $8 Shipping for as many items as you like, or Free Shipping on orders over $139. We will also combine multiple orders under these rates so you can save on shipping!

If you have selected shipping on an existing order, here is what you can expect:

  1. If your order includes multiple items from different Group Buys and/or Overstock, it will ship when all items have arrived at our warehouse. You can see up-to-date Group Buy Arrivals here.
  2. You can combine multiple orders to save on shipping by submitting a Shipping Request here.
  3. Orders ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of all items arriving at our warehouse. We ship using Canada Post Expedited Service, and delivery normally takes an additional 1-2 business days.
  4. You will be emailed when your item(s) ship from our warehouse, and provided with a tracking number.
  5. You will be emailed when your item(s) are delivered to your shipping address.

Please note that we ship only within British Columbia at this time.

If you selected Pick Up at the time of ordering and would prefer us to ship your order(s) to you, or if you have paid for $8 Shipping on an order and would like us to combine other orders with this, just submit a quick Shipping Request. 

WAREHOUSE ORDER PICK UP:

  1. Please book a Warehouse Pick Up prior to coming in. We need to gather the items in your order(s) from a busy warehouse, so we need to know when you are coming! 
  2. You can send someone to pick up your order on your behalf, please just provide their name and phone number when you book your Warehouse Pick Up.
  3. You are welcome to pick up each item as it arrives, or you can wait until your full order is ready, or until multiple orders are ready.
  4. We have a 20-Day Pick Up Policy: Please pick up your items within 20 days of receiving notification that your full order is ready. Items not picked up within this time will be cancelled and refunded to the original method of payment.
  5. If you cannot pick up your order and would prefer us to ship it to you just submit a quick online Shipping Request.
