Order Shipping

MommyPow Group Buy Orders generally arrive at our warehouse within 3-7 business days from the time a Group Buy closes, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Overstock items and Bestsellers are in stock at our warehouse. If you have ordered Group Buy items, your complete order will ship once all items have arrived at our warehouse.

ORDER SHIPPING:

We offer low-cost $8 Flat Rate Shipping for as many items as you like, or Free Shipping on orders totalling over $139. We will also combine orders under these rates so you can save money! If you have placed multiple orders that are waiting for Group Buy items to arrive, you don't have to pay $8 shipping more than once. Or, you can combine your orders to reach $139 and we'll ship them together for Free!

Here is a summary of what you can expect:

  1. If your order includes multiple items from different Group Buys, it will ship when all items have arrived at our warehouse. You can see up-to-date Group Buy Arrivals here.
  2. We will email you to let you know when each item has arrived at our warehouse.
  3. You can combine multiple orders to save on shipping by visiting the Flexible Shipping Dashboard.
  4. We ship with UPS, and delivery normally takes 1-2 business days to major centres, and 2-3 business days to other areas.
  5. You will be emailed when your complete order ships from our warehouse, and provided with a tracking number.
  6. You will be emailed when your order is delivered to your shipping address.

Please note that we ship only within British Columbia and Alberta at this time.
