Gifting Collection 2026 - If You Find It For Less

Eligible Products and Retailers

To qualify:

• The product must have been purchased from MommyPow's 2026 Gifting Collection.
• The competing product must be identical, including brand, model, style, size and colour.
• The competing product must be new, in stock and available for purchase at the advertised price when the offer was available.
• The competitor must be an established Canadian retailer selling directly to consumers, with prices advertised in Canadian dollars.
• The lower price must be publicly advertised and available to the general public.

Eligible Prices

Both regular and advertised sale prices qualify.

Price comparisons are based on the competitor's advertised selling price before applicable taxes. Applicable shipping and handling charges may be considered when determining the comparable price.

Exclusions

• The following do not qualify:
• Clearance, liquidation or going-out-of-business sales.
• Prices requiring coupons, promotional codes, memberships, loyalty rewards, gift cards, store credits or employee discounts.
• Buy-one-get-one offers, free gifts or bundles where the individual product price cannot be established.
• Typographical, technical or advertised pricing errors.
• Used, refurbished, open-box, damaged, returned or demonstration merchandise.
• Products sold by third-party marketplace sellers on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay or similar platforms.

Verification and Refunds

We may request additional information to verify the competing product, retailer, advertised price and availability.

The competing offer does not need to remain active when we review your request, provided we can reasonably verify that it met the eligibility conditions during the qualifying period.

Once approved, we'll refund the applicable difference to your original payment method.
