Interim Returns Policy


Interim Returns Policy for orders received during warehouse closure period - March 1 to September 23, 2020:

As we begin our revised Pick Up Service, this has an effect on our Returns Policy. How this affects your return depends on when you picked up your order, or received it through Canada Post.

If you received your order between March 1st 2020 and September 23rd 2020 then you may now return the item if it is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. You must return the item to us no later than October 15th 2020. Please note that you do not need to book a Pick Up Timeslot for returning an item, and our revised hours have changed.

2020 Closures October 12

If you received your item from September 23rd onwards, then our pre-Covid Returns Policy will again be in place and you will have 15 days to return the item in its original condition. Again, there is no need to reserve a Pick Up Timeslot for returning an item. If you received your item before March 1st 2020, then our pre-Covid Policy was in place and we cannot accept these returns.
